How can we help?
Answers to common questions about Princess Simulator. If yours is not here, write to [email protected].
How do I save my game?
Your game saves automatically on your device as you play. You can also back it up from the Menu: open Settings and choose Save File. To restore it, choose Load File.
Is there an account or login?
No. Princess Simulator does not use accounts. Your progress is stored on your own phone or browser, which also means that deleting the app or clearing your browser data removes it. Use Save File to keep a backup.
What are story turns, and what happens when I run out?
Each choice you make in the story uses a story turn. Turns refill over time. If you run out, you can wait for the refill or get more from the in-game Shop.
A scene's picture looks wrong. Can I fix it?
Yes. Use the Repaint button on the story screen to have the scene illustrated again, and optionally tell it what to fix. A number of repaints are free.
How do purchases and refunds work?
Purchases are handled by the app store you downloaded the game from (Apple's App Store or Google Play). Refund requests are made through that store, under its policies.
Who is the game for?
Princess Simulator is for players aged 17 and over. It contains romantic and suggestive themes and, at times, dark and emotionally intense storylines. All characters are adults and everything in the game is fiction.
Is the story really written by AI?
Yes. The story and its illustrations are generated by AI as you play, which is why every playthrough is different. Please do not type real personal information into the game's text boxes.
